At noon we agreed that we would not try to make it to the mainland that day. We had still not packed or made a flight plan (spent time updating the homepage instead) and with the headwind and early sunset (we are very much south of the equator and close to the shortest day of the year) we would not have much time to give away. Hence, we decided to stay another night in Wynyard.

Chez and Paul were fortunately happily surprised to find us at home with the fire lit and dinner cooking. Another cosy evening at the McDivitt's place in front of the fireplace - Mayby we should use another week to get ready!
